A new billboard sign, compliments of LJ Caruso with Pine Cellular for the Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce, was installed on the Indian Nation Turnpike Tuesday. Contractor Dean Davis, assisted by Winona Rickman and Mackenzie Finch, volunteered their time Tuesday to recover the current billboard.
