Students at Hugo Intermediate School and Soper Public School celebrated Red Ribbon Week with a balloon release, recently. Observed annually in October, Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign. This year, Red Ribbon week runs from Oct. 23-31.
