The southbound lane of US Hwy. 271 was blocked for approximately two hours Monday afternoon after a Richard Drake Construction semi, traveling too fast, lost controlled and rolled over. The accident occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m., two-tenths of a mile south of Hugo city limits.
