Board approves policy revisions, employment of several positions

HUGO –– With new superintendent Tod Harrison officially on duty, the Hugo board of education met Monday evening to prepare for the upcoming school year.
After approximately 30 minutes in executive session, approval was granted for several positions, including employment of Melissa Hayes and Becky Evans for elementary teaching positions, Christy Murray and Ronda Lawmaster as part-time reassignments, Tony Perry for the maintenance/bus barn position, and Cheyenne Tramble, Tracy Carswell and Andrea Rinicker for special ed “para positions.”
