Deanne Payne was crowned Fort Towson’s Homecoming Queen during the basketball Homecoming Thursday evening. Deanna is the 17-year-old daughter of Shannon and Ami Payne, and the granddaughter of Adam and Jamie McClanahan and Sheila Fuller.

Boswell School crowned its basketball Homecoming Queen and King last Friday evening –– Breah Stewart and Cameron Roberts. Breah is the 16-year-old daughter of David and Sharon Stewart. Cameron is the 18-year-old son of Stephen and Christy Roberts.

Taylor Bankston, a senior at Rattan High School, signed her letter of intent with Murray State College last week, to pitch for the the Lady Aggie Softball Team. A member of the Lady Rams softball team, Taylor was also recently named to the All-State Team. Taylor is the daughter of Billy and Jana Lampton.
