Two plead guilty to federal charges in prior Tri-County fraud case

tri-county-logoMUSKOGEE — The U.S. Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has advised that two men previously indicted by the federal grand jury on fraud charges in relation to their dealings as employees of Tri-County Autoplex car dealership in Hugo have pled guilty to federal charges.
Michael Scott Calhoun, 49,  and Tommy Wayne Davis, 47, both of Yantis, Texas, have pled guilty to “conspiracy to commit wire fraud/mail fraud, according to federal officials.
