Harvey Bolding, Jr.

Funeral services for Harvey Bolding, Jr., of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 10 a.m. May 9, 2024 at Miller & Miller Chapel.

Harvey Dale Bolding Jr., of Hugo, Okla., was born on April 27, 2000 in Durant, Okla., the son of Harvey Bolding, Sr. and Katonna (Moffitt) Bolding. Harvey passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 24. He was preceded in death by his grandmother.

Harvey was an avid outdoorsman and loved to play football with his brothers. He enjoyed playing baseball for the Soper Red Bears and football for the Hugo Buffaloes. Harvey also liked to go catfishing at the Hugo Dam. He always put everyone before himself and would give you the shirt off his back. He was very outgoing, funny, but above all, he loved his little girl and his family. He also enjoyed attending Trinity Baptist Church in Messer, where he had been a member for several years. Harvey will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Harvey is survived by his parents; daughter, Zylah Bolding; brothers: Haven Lemons, Bobby Lemons and Ricky Beasley, Jr.; sisters: Jade Marzek and Gabrielle Woods; grandparents, along with a host of family and friends.

Interment will follow the service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Bro. Mike Mussett officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
