Talayiza Marie Lodrique has been declared the first-born child to Choctaw County parents for 2009. She was born at Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant at 12:52 a.m. On Jan. 2, and arrived weighing 6 pounds and 5 ounces, measuring 18 inches in length. She was welcomed by parents, Salina Taloa Rosenbalm and Patrick James Lodrigue, and big sister, Taloa Lodrigue, all of Hugo.
