HUGO — Officers arrested 19-year-old Zachary Charles Taylor of Hugo Tuesday afternoon after a report of shots fired at an eastside apartment complex.
According to Officer Billy Covington’s report, the 35-year-old female victim stated Taylor made threatening gang-like hand gestures at her before producing a black hand gun from a bag. The report says, Taylor fired four rounds in the direction of the victim and later ran into the woods behind the complex.
