HUGO — Hugo city council discussed the annexation of three properties south of the city and north of the bypass that are currently outside of city limits, during Tuesday night’s meeting. The properties include The Mustang Grill, owned by Phillip L. Sanders and Janet Lynn Sanders of Fort Towson; JKJ Real Properties, Ltd. of Paris, Texas; and Red River Investments Incorporated of Hugo. Councilors approved publishing their intent to annex and scheduled a public hearing for March 2. The property owners will be notified before that time. Councilors approved the rezoning of property at 707 W. Jackson from commercial to residential on recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Board. The council agreed to pay R.K.
