The Circus City Christmas Parade, “A Kids Christmas,” will begin at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 in Hugo. Entries must be at Choctaw County Chevrolet by 1:30 p.m. and the entry number must be displayed on the driver’s side of entry. Judging categories include: • Float with the most kids. • Best decorated float. • Best four wheeler. • Best walking group. • Best car. • Best horse. • Best bicycle. Santa will be at the end of the parade and will also be at the Santa House next to the Hugo Depot from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
