HALEIGH RAE WHITE HAS BEEN DECLARED THE FIRST NEWBORN OF CHOCTAW COUNTY for the year

of 2013. She was born at 1:30 a. m. Thursday, Jan. 3 to Makenzie Morrison and Collin White at the Medical

Center of Southeastern Oklahoma. She weighed six pounds, 14 ounces

and was 19 inches long. Haleigh is the granddaughter of Beth Morrison of Spencerville and the late Barney

Cooper, and Tina and Sam White of Valliant.
