HUGO — Less than a month into his first term as Sheriff of Choctaw County, Terry Park and his staff have just completed a makeover of the department’s offices at the Courthouse, and are busy with routine calls and a few operational changes. Sheriff Park has announced that Deputies Larry Hendrix and Ryan London (pictured at right) will be his two Chief Deputies. Hendrix will focus on investigations and training, and London will focus primarily on patrol and warrants. Other deputies include Jody King, Daniel Teal, and K-9 officer Jason Thomas. Thirteen-year department veteran clerk Candy Tollett has been moved to the position of administrative assistant, and Gwen Robertson will be office manager and 911 clerk.
