SOPER — The city of Soper will be hosting its annual homecoming Saturday, July 4. The day’s events will start with a 10 a.m. parade beginning at the Soper gym. A free barbecue will be held at 11 a.m. across from the gym followed by a turtle race. At 7 p.m. guests can enjoy gospel singing also at the gym.
