HUGO — At approximately 5:48 p.m. July 23 Sgt. Jason Thomas responded to a one vehicle accident in front of the USDA Service Center located west of the Hwy. 93 and Hwy. 70 intersection. Upon arrival, Thomas observed a white Dodge Durango overturned onto its top between the USDA parking lot and Hwy 70. Thomas assessed injuries, notified EMS and began his investigation.
