| Boswell to host FFA Rodeo this weekend |

BOSWELL — Boswell will be hosting its FFA Rodeo this weekend with bareback riding, break away roping, tie down roping, goat tying, chute dogging, steer wrestling, barrel racing, pole bending, team roping and bull riding. The event starts at 8 p.m. nightly Sept. 18 and 19. Junior events are for ages 12 and under and senior events are for ages 13-19. All around trophy saddles will be awarded to the high money boy and girl who’s participated in all three area rodeos — Hugo, Soper and Boswell. Jennifer Scarberry, Madison Cress, Courtney Fomby, Callie McIntyre and Kyla Schuessler are the candidates for Boswell’s queen title. “Expect a good rodeo, good food and good entertainment,” FFA Advisor Kyle Braudrick said.
