Two ejected after vehicle strikes a tree

333 (1)CHOCTAW COUNTY –– Two Choctaw County females suffered acute injuries after their vehicle crashed into a tree Sunday at approximately 6 p.m. on a county road near Sawyer.
According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 2004 Chevrolet, driven by 19-year-old Kimberly Dawn Kemp of Fort Towson, was eastbound on County Road 2000, .2 miles west of Tucker Road, when she ran off the right side, over corrected and veered toward the left. The vehicle crashed into a tree before Kemp and passenger Monica Renee Simes, 23 of Boswell, were ejected an unknown distance from the vehicle.
