Inner tube drowning on Mt. Fork River

McCURTAIN COUNTY –– A Texas man has drowned Friday afternoon on Mt. Fork River, just 100 yards south of U.S. Hwy. 70 bridge in McCurtain County. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Pedro Segura, 58 of Irving, Texas, was floating on an inner tube when his tube came untied from another and he drifted away.
