Billy Ray Mitchell

Funeral services for Billy Ray Mitchell, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020 at South Central District Building. Billy passed away Nov. 18, 2020 at his home, at the age of 85.

Surviving relatives include: Billy Ray Mitchell, Jr. of Fontana, Calif., Buford Dervayne of Gardenia, Calif., Given Mitchell, Gregory Mitchell of Los Angeles, Calif., Alvis Diabb of Little Rock, Ark., Otis McIntosh of Noble, Okla., Phyllis Mitchell of Hugo, Donald Ray Harper of Hugo, Debra Green of Hugo; sisters: Ora Mitchell Simmons, Geraldine, Dorothy and Emma; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Interment will follow the service at Box Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Buckner officiating, under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home.
