Arnold “Moshi” Keith Tims was born on April 5, 1971 in Idabel, Okla., the son of Silas Tims and Jeraldine (White) Tims. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Celebration of life services for Captain United States Air Force Retired, Oliver E. Brown, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023 at Marlboro Heights Missionary Baptist Church in Killeen, Texas. Burial with full military honors will follow the service at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to service.
Captain Brown passed away Oct. 26, 2023 in Copperas Cove, Texas. He was born May 7, 1937 in Hugo.
