Funeral services for Floyd Travis Quillen, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Hugo, Okla., will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at Hugo Chapel Baptist Church. Floyd passed away Oct. 31, 2021, at the age of 67. Surviving relatives include: wife, Connie Quillen, of Oklahoma City.
