Body Carlee Jo-Ann Barcheers is the Hugo News First Baby of the Year for 2022. Carlee was born at 8:09 a.m. Jan. 22, 2022 at Durant Alliance Health to proud parents, Lyndi Lowery and Hunter Barcheers, of Boswell, Okla. Carlee weighed seven pounds, five ounces and was 20 inches long.
