The Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Scholarship Pageant was held in conjunction with the Woodward Elks Rodeo in Woodward, Okla. Crowned as the new Miss Rodeo Oklahoma is Cassidy Heskett of Pawnee. The new Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Teen is Lana Carter of Stillwater. The new Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Princess is Nadalee Goedereis of Watts. Two Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Sweethearts were also crowned.

Soper’s annual Homecoming celebration is scheduled for July 6. This year’s Homecoming –– Keeping it Groovy –– will kick off with parade registration at 7 a.m.
