Reynolds named interim City Manager

Body HUGO — Longtime City of Hugo employee Alan Reynolds was sworn in Friday morning as interim city manager following a mixed decision by the city council. The appointment came on a motion by Councilman Ernest McCarty, seconded by Councilman Josh Armes.
