Soper students earn scholarships from Choctaw County Democratic Party

The Choctaw County Democratic party sponsored a scholarship during the 2025-2026 school year for essays on Eleanore Roosevelt and the 1948 United Nations Declaration of Human rights. They offered $500 to each Choctaw County High School for the best essay, and another $500 for the best essay across all four high schools.
