Wilson charged after stealing copper from radio station tower
HUGO — Five felony charges have been filed against a Hugo man, after he sold copper that was identified as having come from the Payne Radio Group FM station southeast of Grant, Okla., on Jan. 16, 2024.
Matthew Carl Wilson, 37, was booked into the Choctaw County Jail on Jan. 18, 2024, and charged with the following five felony counts:
1. Trespass and damage to critical infrastructure facility.
