Commissioner Anthony opposes fuel cost ruling

Oklahoma Corporation Commission Vice Chairman Bob Anthony has released a dissenting opinion regarding the costs of securitization of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company’s Fuel Cost Recovery from the February 2021 winter storm.

The commission’s ruling is expected to cost Oklahoma residents millions of dollars for decades to pay OGE for winter fuel used in Feb. 2021.
