Bullard to speak in Hugo May 1

A national cattlemen’s organization leader, Bill Bullard, from Billings, Mont., will be the featured speaker at an OISA event, scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Kiamichi Tech Center, 107 S. 15th St. in Hugo. All southeastern Oklahoma cattleman are encouraged to attend.
