The annual Fall Festival hosted by the Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce will be held downtown on Oct. 31. Shoals Baptist Church will be having a gospel singing at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, featuring the Descendantz family. City-wide fall cleanup will be Oct. 20-21.
