Eastwood charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon

BOSWELL –– Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police were dispatched to N. 4000 Rd. in Boswell on Aug. 21 in regard to a vehicular assault report.

According to Lighthorse officer Tyler Oakes’ report, he made contact with James Douglas Dill, who stated that at approximately 1:05 p.m., he was involved in an incident with Kyle Eastwood.
