Don Loman, of Hugo, was this week’s winner of the Hugo News Football Contest after choosing 13 out of 18 games correctly. Loman was out of town and unable to take a photo for this week’s paper to collect the $50 weekly prize. He obtained his winning entry blank from Buffalo Grill.
