Football contest winner

Sheilah Gibbs, of Hugo, was the winner of the Hugo News Football Contest after choosing 18 out of 24 games correctly. Gibbs guessed closest (375) to the OU Sooners’ total yardage (369) to edge out Cheryl Ball and Edward Johnson. Pictured, Gibbs (center) collects the $50 weekly prize from Emilye Covington and Eddie Biggers of Buffalo Grill, where she obtained her winning entry blank.
