Football contest winner

Tim Loftin, of Hugo, was the winner of the Hugo News Football Contest after choosing 19 out of 24 games correctly. Loftin guessed closest (371) to the OU Sooners’ total yardage (299) to edge out Allie Johnson and JJ Johnson. Pictured, Loftin (left) collects the $50 weekly prize from Julia King of Shelter Insurance, where he obtained his winning entry blank.
