HUGO — Choctaw County jail records indicate that former Hugo City Manager and State Senator Jeff Rabon, 63, was arrested by Hugo Police last Wednesday and booked into the Choctaw County Jail on several complaints.Rabon was booked for possessing a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and pointing a deadly weapon at another person.According to Chief of Police John Mitchell...
