Four-way stop approved for 10th St.

HUGO –– Members of the Hugo City Council approved Ordinance No. 976 last week, concerning placing a four-way stop at 10th St. and Kirk St.

Drivers need to be aware, as the stop signs are scheduled to be placed soon.
