Man pleads guilty to child abuse

MUSKOGEE –– The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that on Monday, Dec.

5, 2022, Jory L. Bullard, of McCurtain County, Okla., entered a guilty plea to a superseding indictment charging him with one count of child abuse in Indian Country.
