HUGO –– The case against a Hugo teen for first-degree murder has been dismissed in Choctaw County after the court was notified of a lack of jurisdiction/McGirt notice.
Kevion Wallace was charged on complaints of first-degree murder after an OSBI investigation into the death of Noah Shoemake, of Antlers, Okla., on Jan. 25, 2021 at the Rosewood housing edition in Hugo.
