Oklahoma woman expires after Hugo crash Thursday morning

HUGO –– An Apache, Okla., woman expired at the scene of a two-vehicle collision Aug. 25, on Hwy. 70 in Hugo. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Phyllis Jean Davis, 70 of Apache, was eastbound on Hwy. 70, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle, driven by Crystal Bailey, 49 of Antlers, Okla., who was traveling westbound.
