Choctaw County student receives scholarship

Jacob Eastwood, of Boswell, was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers committee.

The scholarship is awarded to students who plan to pursue a degree in an agriculture-related field at an Oklahoma college or university and who desire to contribute to agriculture and rural Oklahoma.
