Charlotte Bates Ramsey

In loving Memory of Charlotte Bates Ramsey Charlotte Bates Ramsey, 67 of Hugo, Okla., left this world of darkness on July 25, 2026, and opened her perfect eyes in heaven.

Charlotte was born Jan. 29, 1959, to Coy and Mildred Bates. She will be remembered for the things that brought her joy, including listening to country music and enjoying a good book.

Charlotte was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her mother, Mildred Bates; her brother, Richard Bates; as well as her aunts, uncles, many cousins, and other family members and friends who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Coy Bates; her brother, Jackie Bates; and her sister, Brenda Bates. Though Charlotte’s time here has come to an end, the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A service celebrating Charlotte’s life will be held Wed., July 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Springs Chapel Cemetery. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her, and may she rest peacefully with her perfect eyes open to the beauty of Heaven.
