Hugo board of eduation accepts resignations, approves teacher employment during special meeting

HUGO –– Members of the Hugo board of education met in a special session Tuesday morning to discuss employment for the district.

Rehires approved during the meeting include:

• Rita R. Andrews, Katie Austin, Caitlyn Byrd, Kristen Houchen, Stana Self and Nicholas Tims as teachers at the Hugo Elementary.

• Michael Morris: Language arts at Hugo Middle School.

• Brad Greer: History at Hugo Middle School.
