The long awaited decision from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regarding the hydroelectric power plant proposed for Albion, Okla., along the Kiamichi River by Southeast Power Corporation,(SEOPC) has been denied!This does not mean that the SEOPC corporation will stop their attempts to build this project, but allows the company to readdress the reasons for the denial.
