City of Hugo proclaims Sept. 6 as Bobbie Jean Fisher-Akins Day

HUGO –– Hugo city council members granted the Hugo Fire Department authorization to apply for grants for the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatuses during the Tuesday, Aug. 18 meeting.
