Public invited to night artillery firing at Fort Towson Historic Site

FORT TOWSON –– The Fort Towson Historic Site will host a nighttime artillery firing on Saturday, July 12, from 7:45-9 p.m. The cost for the event is $10 per person.The cannon will fire at 7:45 to start the evening, followed by a presentation on drill from the 1851 “Instructions for Mountain Artillery” manual.
