Operating hours to change at Hugo city hall

HUGO –– With Councilman Josh Armes absent, the remaining members of the Hugo City Council voted last week to amend a section of the city’s employee policy and procedure handbook.The amendment sets new operating hours for City Hall, which will now be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays. The change will take effect Sept. 26....
