Gracene Kaye (Williams) Barlow, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Nov. 19, 2023, at the age of 85. Gracene Kaye (Williams) Barlow was born on Aug. 5, 1938, in Ponca City, Okla., the daughter of Thomas LeRoy Williams and Mildred Charlene (Kirkman) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents.
