Funeral services for Julia Annette (Collins) White, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home.

Julia Annette (Collins) White, 81, went to her heaven home on May 22, 2026. She was born on Jan. 29, 1945 in Hugo, Okla., the daughter of Edward “Ed” Collins and Eura Ola (Bishop) Collins. Julia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Ray White; brother, Anthony Collins; sister, Eddie Jean Collins and a nephew.

Julia was a lifelong resident of Choctaw County and a graduate of Hugo High School, Class of 1963. She married her beloved husband, Donald Ray White on Aug. 7, 1965 in Hugo. Julia worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for many years at Citizens Bank and for the Kiamichi Railroad. She was an active member of Clayton Avenue Baptist Church where she taught children’s Sunday school for many years. Julia loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing the word of Christ. She truly was light of faith and kindness to not only her family and friends, but all who knew her. Beyond her professional career, Julia loved being outdoors. She enjoyed horseback riding and going fishing with her family. Above all else, Julia truly loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and her lifelong friends, they were her greatest blessing. Julia is survived by her children; Donald Lee White of Hugo and Cathy Zachry and husband of Hugo; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers: Lewis Collins and Steve Collins; three sisters-in-laws; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and loved ones.

Services are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
