Patty Olivia Porter

Graveside services for Patty Olivia Porter were held at 10 a.m. Sept. 25, 2020 at Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo, Okla. Patty passed away Sept. 21, 2020, at the age of 43.

Patty Olivia Porter was born on March 26, 1977 in Hugo, Okla., to James “Shorty” and Patricia “Pat” (Carlile) Porter.

Patty was a lifelong resident of Choctaw County and a graduate of Rattan High School. She enjoyed helping at her parents’ business, Porter’s Processing. Patty enjoyed crocheting and spent many hours making baby blankets. Patty liked to cook and she was especially fond of making red beans and cornbread. She loved kids and especially loved her Ray-Ray. She will most certainly be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Patty is survived by her parents, Shorty and Pat of Hugo; sister, Christy Porter Bates and husband, Anthony of Hugo; niece, Meaghan Bates-Dill and husband, Rocky of Hugo; great-niece, Rayleigh Dill, along with numerous aunt, uncles, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
