Paula Finch Pierce

Funeral services for Paula Finch Pierce, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Dec. 11, 2024 at the Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel. Paula passed away Dec. 6, 2024, at the age of 65.

Paula Jean (Finch) Pierce was born on Oct. 20, 1959 in Hugo, Okla., the daughter of Bodgie Finch, Sr. and Leola Priscilla (Thorpe) Finch. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Bodgie Finch, Jr. and Lyndell Finch.

Paula was a graduate of Grant High School, Class of 1977 and was a lifelong resident of Choctaw County. She married her beloved husband, Ricky Pierce in January of 1990 and was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Hugo. Paula loved her family and always took care of them, regardless of the need. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Paula also enjoyed going on shopping trips with her grandkids. She was a genuine fireball, small but mighty. Paula has left many memories for her family to cherish and carry with them throughout. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Paula is survived by her husband, Ricky of the home; son, Josh Williams and wife, Kristan of Boswell, Okla.; daughter, Nakisha McKee and husband, Tanner of Goodland, Okla.; grandchildren: Julian Williams, Kazarayne Williams, London Williams, Maco Williams and Ember McKee; one great-grandchild on the way; brothers: Larry Finch and wife, Pat of Boswell, Haskell Finch and wife, Debbie of Hugo, Robert Finch and wife, Janice of Speer, Okla., Eddie Finch of Goodland and Clifford Finch and wife, Tonya of McAlester, Okla.; sisters: Gail Thompson and husband, Perry of Speer and Janice Jones and husband, Bruce of Oklahoma City, and sister-in-law, Sherry Finch, along with a host of friends, family and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Goodland Cemetery with Bro. Brad Michael officiating.

Assisting was Bro. Larry Finch, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
