There a a few citywide issues I would like to address: • The vacant Ward 4 council seat. Mr. Gaylon Ridenour filed a declaration of candidacy. No one else filed for this position. Now there seems to be an issue with the city council that he cannot serve because he lives in Ward 3, leaving us without representation.
