Experienced coaches embrace... LATITUDE

Coaching decisions can often be difficult and even controversial. Whatever decision a coach makes I urge that there be LATITUDE (wiggle room) and that the coach has conviction, isn’t judged harshly, and uses common sense.Coaches, win as many friends as you can.
